it's a.... (baby #4 gender reveal!)

my sis-in-love, Vanessa, and her fiancé, Jordan, helped us set up THE cutest gender reveal ‘party’! we had been throwing ideas around for months (i know yall know cause every time someone asked me about it all i said was, “soon!” lol). we wanted to make it our own and super fun for the kids especially. it was super creative and i know the kids will remember it for years to come. and if they don’t, well, we have plenty of pics to show them😉. what are we having? keep scrolling!

we piled into our truck and headed to Sonny’s mom’s house.

we pulled up and it started to rain!!! i was bummed…but the Lord already told me earlier that things would be FINE. i could tell it was just a quick shower though because i could still see plenty of clear blue sky all around us. we waited it out for just a few minutes and thankfully it cleared right on up.

Vanessa instructed us to close our eyes as she led us hand-in-hand through the house to the back yard.

we’re ready! our family members were waiting patiently for the action to start in a Zoom conference.

our main focus was our kids! we just wanted them to have the best time ever finding out the gender of their sibling-to-be. the kids have been saying there’s a girl in my tummy since we told them the news back in february.

Vanessa choreographed the cutest warm up dance!! the fitness instructor in me loved every second of it.

there were four coolers set up; we jetted to the first one immediately after our warmup dance was over. it was filled with water balloons for us to pop!

the first two coolers were filled with water balloons and i think the kids forgot the whole point of the ‘game’ by then!! they were thrilled just throwing water on Sonny and I and each other.

we got to the 3rd cooler and found more water balloons. only this time, there was 💕PINK💕water inside! do yall see that heart the water burst made!? i do!!

the kids didn’t even notice the pink water until i screamed!

welp, Sonny, looks like you were wrong💁🏽‍♀️ #TriedToTellYa

we all ran to the 4th cooler to find it filled with squeeze bottles, sponges, and bottles full of pink paint. Chiso yelled, “Paint Battle!!!!” and the fun really began.

y’all know me… still coping with the fact that Kosi isn’t the baby anymore😩.

we thank God and give Him all the glory for our 4th miracle. 10 weeks left until we meet her! thank you for being here and for the love you’ve shown our family🙏🏽!
