come on, how innovative and super cute is this little space!? Cafe Bustelo’s pop up shop has got to be the best use of a shipping container if i ever saw one. they are located at 3615 Montrose and will be around until May 25th!

it’s interactive too! i’m glad someone did the hard work and put this puzzle together before we walked up though😅.

Sonny and i dropped the kids off with granny & grandpa and had a blast together checking it out. if you’re traveling down Montrose and looking for it, trust me, you won’t miss it, guys! that bold, bright, eye-catching yellow stands out and makes for a nice lil’ photo opp as well (can’t you tell, haha).

there aren’t enough adjectives to describe the uniqueness of this shop! it’s even more charming inside. we were told by the associates we met that the line was out the door all day long for their opening day. they operate from 7am to 4pm.

they’ve got colorful merch alongside the back wall,

and a counter for mix-in’s so you can concoct your drink just how ya like it.

aside from serving up yummy coffee drinks, this new limited time restaurant and café will partner with local art and music education organizations to host fundraisers, strengthen community ties and provide a showcase for local talent. they’ll be in Houston until May 25th.
