Simple & Spicy Grilled Shrimp (over Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce)

ingredients:
- 1 lb shelled, large, EZ peel shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
instructions:
How to cook Simple & Spicy Grilled Shrimp (over Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce)
- add shrimp to a bowl along with coconut aminos; let sit as you retrieve your other ingredients
- preheat your grill to medium high heat
- in a small bowl, crush minced garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika together well. add olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste.
- add shrimp to bowl and coat them well
- cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque and transfer to a serving dish. sprinkle with fresh minced cilantro or parsley and serve!
- yummy option: add shrimp to my vegan Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce!
