  1. preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat bread pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper
  2. add the flour, baking soda, salt in a large mixing bowl and combine.
  3. combine the brown sugar, monk fruit sweetener, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla, and bananas, in a smal mixing bowl until blended
  4. pour wet ingredients into dry and slowly mix until just incorporated.
  5. pour bread batter into your prepared pan and top with chocolate chips and pecans if desired
  6. bake for 40-45 min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
