Vegan Hot Cocoa

ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 packet organic Stevia
- 2.5 cups unsweetened vanilla or cashew milk
instructions:
- add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to a pot and set it to medium high heat
- as the chips begin to melt (45 secs - 1 min), add 1/2 cup milk
- whisk the chocolate into the milk ensuring all the chips have melted (mixture should be slightly thick)
- add remaining 2 cups of milk and stir every so often until the mixture comes to a rolling boil*
- pour into your serving mugs and top however you'd like*!
NOTES:
*watch the pot! when the milk begins to boil, it may shoot over the sides of the pot; your cocoa is now ready to sip. we love to add dairy-free/vegan whipped topping, marshmallows, shaved chocolate, or cinnamon to the top of our hot cocoa mugs!
