Vegan Hot Cocoa

instructions:

  1. add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to a pot and set it to medium high heat
  2. as the chips begin to melt (45 secs - 1 min), add 1/2 cup milk
  3. whisk the chocolate into the milk ensuring all the chips have melted (mixture should be slightly thick)
  4. add remaining 2 cups of milk and stir every so often until the mixture comes to a rolling boil*
  5. pour into your serving mugs and top however you'd like*!

NOTES:

*watch the pot! when the milk begins to boil, it may shoot over the sides of the pot; your cocoa is now ready to sip.
