Vegan Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

  1. to a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and blend very well with your stand or hand mixer until super smooth
  2. refrigerate until ready to use!

NOTES:

make sure your chocolate is ROOM TEMPERATURE  before you blend it with the other cold ingredients!  if it's too hot, it may curdle the mixture and you might not be able to reverse or recover from it.
