  1. combine dry ingredients (flour, oats, salt, sugar, flaxseed, baking soda) together in a large bowl
  2. combine wet ingredients (oil, vanilla, peanut butter, water) together in a large bowl and mix
  3. add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  4. add chocolate chips and mix once more
  5. coat a large cast iron skillet with no stick cooking spray 
  6. add batter to skillet and press the top of the cookie down with your finger tips into an even layer 
  7. press a few extra chocolate chips into the top!
  8. bake for 25-27  min on 350 degrees
