Ingredients

  • 3/4 - 1 cup lactose-free greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup *shredded cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt blend
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. after grating the cucumber, squeeze as much excess water out of it as you can using a cup towel, a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or your hands.
  2. to a mixing bowl, add greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, and remaining ingredients.
  3. mix well with your spoon and taste.
  4. chill until ready to eat; flavors become bolder the longer they marry in the fridge!

Notes

*I recommend using the small grate holes.


great for greek burgers or slathering over hot pita bread or pita chips.
