Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
- 5 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (approx. 2 lbs)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cupcoconut aminos
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- sesame seeds for garnish!
Instructions:
- ADD chicken along with coconut aminos, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic salt & black pepper to a large plastic baggy or mixing bowl
- SEAR chicken in hot wok (high heat) for 4 min on each side
- REMOVE chicken and place them on a pan coated in no stick cooking spray
- BROIL on high for 5 minutes
- FLIP!
- BROIL on high on other side for another 5 minutes to get that beautiful caramelized coating
- SPRINKLE with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for garnish
