Sweet & Salty Energy Bites

a no-bake, sweet, salty, crunchy, healthy snack kids and adults love!
ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup light agave nectar
- 1/4 cup honey roasted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup crushed dry roasted almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milled flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
instructions:
How to cook Sweet & Salty Energy Bites
- combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- let mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes in the freezer first so rolling is tons easier
- foil or set out wax paper on a large baking pan
- form mixture into bite sized balls with your hands
- place bites onto baking sheet then into the fridge for about an hour or so (or freezer = faster) to harden
- enjoy!
