Sweet N' Crispy Brussels Sprouts

ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts, halved
- 1.5 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- cracked black pepper to taste
- pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
instructions:
- halve, rinse, and dry Brussels and place them in a large mixing bowl
- add olive oil, aminos, and salt & pepper to taste
- cook according to your air-fryer's instruction*
NOTES:
keep an eye on them! the first time I made them i burned them to a crisp. i would start with 10 minutes on 400 degrees and cook in 2 minute increments from there until your desired texture is reached.
