Sausage Egg & Cheese Muffin
Ingredients
- 6 whole eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp light vegan butter or buttery spread, melted
- 1/2 cup cooked lean turkey sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup lactose-free shredded cheese of choice
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- sea salt & cracked Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- whisk all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
- coat a 9x9 baking dish with no stick cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.
- bake for 18-20 min on 350 degrees until set* in the center.
- once cooled, grab your coffee mug and carve out your patties.
