Salted Maple Cashew Butter Cups

ingredients:
- 5 oz dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup all natural cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
instructions:
How to cook Salted Maple Cashew Butter Cups
- add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt the chocolate in 15 second increments (about 3-4 times)
- add coconut oil and stir until combined
- line your muffin tin and add about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into the bottom. let settle; freeze for about 10 minutes
- while chocolate is freezing, mix together cashew butter, maple syrup, and salt into a separate bowl
- remove muffin tin from freezer and add about a tbsp of peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer
- drizzle another tbsp of chocolate over the peanut butter and top it off evenly
- place muffin tin back in fridge and let set for 30 minutes minimum!
