How to cook Salted Maple Cashew Butter Cups

  1. add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt the chocolate in 15 second increments (about 3-4 times)
  2. add coconut oil and stir until combined
  3. line your muffin tin and add about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into the bottom. let settle; freeze for about 10 minutes
  4. while chocolate is freezing, mix together cashew butter, maple syrup, and salt into a separate bowl
  5. remove muffin tin from freezer and add about a tbsp of peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer
  6. drizzle another tbsp of chocolate over the peanut butter and top it off evenly 
  7. place muffin tin back in fridge and let set for 30 minutes minimum!
