Easy Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken breast
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup chopped grapes, halved (any color)
- 1/4 cup chopped green OR minced red onion
- 1 cup lactose-free greek yogurt
- 2 heaping tbsp light mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans OR walnuts
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
- 2 chopped boiled egg whites (optional!)
Instructions
- to a large mixing bowl, add chicken, celery, onion, nuts, yogurt, and mayo
- add seasonings and drizzle lemon juice over all ingredients
- mix until combined well
- put it in the fridge to chill until ready to eat! serve with multigrain crackers or on top of whole grain bread
