Ingredients

  • 1 cup lactose-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. add all ingredients to you blender and blend really well until super smooth.
  2. cook up waffles according to your waffle makers instructions.
  3. top with butter & warm maple syrup!
