Ingredients
- 1 cup lactose-free cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- add all ingredients to you blender and blend really well until super smooth.
- cook up waffles according to your waffle makers instructions.
- top with butter & warm maple syrup!
