- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 whole eggs
instructions:
- add all ingredients except chocolate chips to your blender and combine until smooth! fold in chips before pouring batter into waffle maker.
