the perfect no-bake pumpkin treat for parties🎃
ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 10oz marshmallows
- 6 cupsbrown rice crispy cereal
- 2 tbsp pure canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
- 3 tbsp vegan butter
- things you'll need:
- bag of candy eyes
- marshmallow creme or melted white chocolate for dipping
- 1/2 cup melted dairy-free chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil for chocolate drizzle
- various candies, sprinkles, etc. of your choice for sprinkling
instructions:
How to cook Pumpkin Spice Boo Bars
- in a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- add vanilla, marshmallows, and pumpkin spice seasoning and stir until melted
- add canned pumpkin and remove from heat.
- add cereal immediately and stir until well coated
- coat a 13x9 in pan with cooking spray (or line it with wax paper) and press mixture evenly into bottom of pan
- refrigerate for 30 min to 1 hour until firm enough to cut into

- once firm, dip half of the squares in melted marshmallow creme or white chocolate
- add eyes
- drizzle with melted chocolate
- add sprinkles of your choice
