  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin spice together in a bowl
  3. coat your bread pan in no stick cooking spray and pour 2 tbsp of melted butter into the pan cause #crispyedges
  4. whisk bananas, puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and remaining butter together in a separate bowl
  5. combine wet and dry ingredients together (don’t over mix)
  6. pour batter into bread pan
  7. top with chocolate chips and pecans
  8. bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the very center of the loaf comes out clean
