Pecan Branana Bread Crunch

warm, buttery, crunchy, banana-y! filled with fiber and great for breakfast on-the-go.

ingredients:

instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 350 and prepare a loaf pan by coating it with no stick cooking spray

  2. dump all ingredients EXCEPT pecans into your food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth
  3. sprinkle in pecans and mix; pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 42-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
  4. enjoy with some dairy-free butter on top!

NOTES:

*you've gotta toast your pecans!  it makes aaaall the difference in this bread's flavor and texture.
