a light, airy, sweet, dairy-free, peanut buttery & chocolate treat! low calorie and just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz coco whip or cool whip
  • 1 heaping tbsp honey roasted peanut butter, melted & cooled
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. in a mixing bowl, add melted, cooled peanut butter to cool whip and mix until combined and smooth
  2. add 3oz of the PB mousse into 3 serving glasses and add them to the fridge to chill
  3. add the coconut oil to the chocolate chips and microwave in 20 sec increments until hot and melted; stir until smooth
  4. drizzle the chocolate all over the PB mousse and set it back in the fridge to harden (15-20 min)
  5. add crushed graham crackers on top when you're ready to dive in!
