Mango Lime Popsicles

a cool, creamy, naturally sweetened, dairy-free treat🥭
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 can lite coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- juice of half a JUICY lime
Instructions:
- add all ingredients to your high powered blender and blend until super creamy (approx. 60 secs)
- distribute mixure evenly into popsicle molds
- freeze for 4 hours until solid and set*
Notes:
*once frozen, i run hot water on the outside of my popsicle molds to loose them up first. they slide right on out after that!
