Easy Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 12 oz crab meat
- 1/2 cup panko or whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup red peppers, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
- cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
- olive oil for frying
Instructions
- add all ingredients (except the olive oil) to a bowl and gently combine
- form mixture into patties (I made approx. 8 patties)
- heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
- place the patties in the skillet in batches (4 at a time) and cook until golden brown, about 5 min per side.
- gently flip and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- repeat with remaining batch.
- serve with remoulade sauce!
