Italian Turkey Burger Patties

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey (I use 85% or 93% lean)
- 1/2 cup vegan Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cracked black garlic pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt blend
Instructions
- preheat your grill pan or griddle to high heat
- combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- mix by hand until all ingredients are smooth
- shape meat mixture into patties (I can make at least 6 with 1 lb of meat)
- cook patties for 4 min on each side
- top with your favorite burger topping!
Notes:
cover with cheese for the last minute so it can melt as the burger finishes cooking.
