Thyme Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

ingredients:
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup dijon or grainy, course mustard
- 1/4 cup truvia nectar
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp liquid aminos
instructions:
- to a large mixing bowl, add chicken thighs, aminos, truvia nectar, mustard, and thyme.
- mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes minimum
- coat a large baking pan with no-stick cooking spray and place chicken thighs flat on pan, equal distance apart. sprinkle thighs with sea salt and crack black pepper
- bake 40-45 minutes or until the juices run completely clear
NOTES:
fresh thyme is preferred, but dried works too. massage the dried herbs between your finger tips first to activate their aroma.
