Crispy Chicken Tenders (GF)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1.5 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
- marinate tenderloins in the coconut aminos overnight if possible but 10 minutes minimum.
- preheat your air fryer for 2 minutes on 400 degrees.
- combine all dry ingredients in a shallow bowl long enough to fit the tenderloins; this will be your breading
- set the beaten eggs in a separate bowl next to the breading
- dip the marinated tenderloins into the egg mixture, then into the breading (both sides) and add them to your air fryer basket
- coat the top of the tenderloins in no-stick cooking spray
- set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook the chicken breasts for 8 minutes
- flip the tenderloins over and coat them with no stick cooking spray again
- cook tenderloins for 8 more minutes
