Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt blend
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 loaf French bread

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. take your French bread loaf and slice it into coins (about 1 inch thick)
  3. combine melted butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and garlic salt blend in a small bowl.
  4. brush bread loaf (get in between each piece of bread) with a pastry brush as well as the outside/top of the loaf
  5. wrap break in foil and bake for 30-35 minutes; the outside should be crispy and the inside should be soft and chewy.
  6. sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
