- 1 cup Quaker rolled oats
- 1.5 cup all-purpose baking flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp organic cane sugar
instructions:
How to cook Easy Oat Waffles
- 1. combine all ingredients to your high-powered blend or food processor.
- 2. blend! (30-45 seconds)
- 3. cook up in your waffle maker until golden brown.
top with fresh fruit, butter, powdered sugar, and/or maple syrup
