Easy Italian Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tspdried Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- sea salt to taste
- cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- ensure chicken is well coated with the marinade.
- marinate for at least 30 minutes minimum or overnight for best flavor.
- coat a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray and place chicken breasts on pan
- bake for 25 - 30 min or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

this is a great, easy meal prep recipe! pair the chicken with veggies or over a salad.
