Easy Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tspdried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • sea salt to taste
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3.  ensure chicken is well coated with the marinade.  
  4. marinate for at least 30 minutes minimum or overnight for best flavor.
  5. coat a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray and place chicken breasts on pan
  6. bake for 25 - 30 min or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

Notes:

this is a great, easy meal prep recipe! pair the chicken with veggies or over a salad.
