Crispy Air Fried Chicken Nuggets

ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, raw, 1 in cubes
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp organic garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp organic black pepper
- 1/4 tsp organic paprika
- 1/3 cup vegan Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegan parmesan cheese
instructions:
How to cook Crispy Air Fried Chicken Nuggets
- preheat your air fryer to 400 for 1-2 minutes
- to a large pastic baggy, add chicken chunks, coconut aminos, and olive oil and let sit for at least 10 min
- add remaining ingredients into your food processor and pulse into course crumbs
- add crumbs to a bowl and add enough chicken chunks to cover one layer of your air fryer basket. ensure the nuggets are completely coated on all sides
- add chunks to your fryer basket in batches; make sure they are not touching
- cook nuggets for 4 minutes; stop, shake the basket, and cook for 4 more minutes!
