Honey Garlic Wings
ingredients:
- 3/4 cup GF potato starch
- 1/4 cup truvia nectar
- 1/4 cup vegan buttery spread or sticks
- 2 tsp organic red pepper flackes
- 3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp organic garlic salt
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 16 raw chicken wings
instructions:

rinse and dry wings. in a ziplock bag, place wings and coconut aminos; let marinate 15 minutes

in a large ziplock bag, add potato starch. drop 8 wings in the bag, seal it, and shake it vigorously until the wings are coated well on all sides. grab some tongs and shake excess starch off of each wing. add wings to your air fryer basket

melt butter in a sauce pan and add garlic and let simmer for 5 minutes. add nectar and continue to simmer for 10 - 12 minutes, stirring every so often to prevent mixture from burning. add to a large mixing bowl and set aside

place wings into basket and press the
french fry button. adjust time to 25 minutes @ 400 degrees
halfway through, FLIP!

take wings out of the air fryer and add them to your large mixing bowl and coat well with sweet/savory mixture

add wings back to the fryer basket and cook for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees

sprinkle with fresh minced cilantro for garnish and enjoy!
