a creamy, herby, rich pasta sauce perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 avocados
  • 6 large zucchini, spirialized
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt to taste 
  • cracked black pepper to taste 

Instructions

  1. add all ingredients to your high powered blender or food processor.
  2. blend until super smooth; at least 60 seconds minimum.
  3. pour over cooked pasta and add protein for a complete meal!
