Chocolate 'Chick' Cookies

your kiddos will never guess the secret ingredient! I bet you wouldn't either 😉
ingredients:
- 1 can garbanzo beans, shelled & rinsed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or sun butter
- 1/4 cupoat flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt (only if your PB isn't salted)
instructions:
How to cook Chocolate 'Chick' Cookies
- preheat your oven to 350
- add all ingredients (excluding the chocolate chips) to your high powered blender or food processor and blend very well! dump the dough into a mixing bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- batter will be sticky and thick.
- line a baking sheet with foil or wax paper and wet your fingers/palms. take about 2 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball and place on your baking sheet. press down slightly and add more chocolate chips to the top!
- bake for 10 min
- grab a tall, cold glass of dairy-free milk and enjoy!
