Chocolate Chick Cookie Pie

dairy-free cookie pie with a secret, healthy ingredient your family will never notice yet love!
ingredients:
- 1 - 15oz can Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed well)
- 1/2 cup oatbran or rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 heaping tbsp naturally sweetened apple sauce
- dash sea salt
- 1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup or brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
instructions:
- throw everything except the chocolate chips into your blender/food processor and let it rip until your batter is smooth and creamy
- in a mixing bowl, fold the chocolate chips into the batter
- pour into prepared baking pan and spread batter evenly across. sprinkle on a few more chocolate chips on top, and bake for 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
NOTES:
the chocolate drizzle is melted dairy-free chocolate chips mixed with a little unsweetened cashew milk!
