Brown Sugar Baked Salmon

ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp ground or dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- cracked black pepper to taste
instructions:
How to cook Brown Sugar Baked Salmon
- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- foil a large baking pan and coat it with no stick cooking spray
- lay salmon fillets skin side down
- in a bowl, mix brown sugar, mustard, coconut aminos together well
- spoon mixture on top of salmon fillets and spread it evenly using the back of your spoon or a basting brush
- sprinkle fillets with garlic salt, paprika, and cracked black pepper
- bake 13-14 minutes until flaky
