Breakfast Cereal Bars

are your kids cereal lovers too? this no bake recipe is whole grain with good fat and so much better for them.
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups multigrain O’s or plain cheerios
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- dash sea salt
Instructions
- in a dutch oven or pot, combine honey, almond butter (or peanut butter) on low heat.
- stir until combined, shut off the heat, add vanilla and dash of sea salt.
- pour in cereal and stir until just combined.
- pour cereal mixture into a prepared 9x9 pan and pop it in the fridge to set overnight or for a few hours.
- cut and enjoy with a glass of plant or nut milk!
