are your kids cereal lovers too? this no bake recipe is whole grain with good fat and so much better for them.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups multigrain O’s or plain cheerios
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  1. in a dutch oven or pot, combine honey, almond butter (or peanut butter) on low heat.
  2. stir until combined, shut off the heat, add vanilla and dash of sea salt.
  3. pour in cereal and stir until just combined.
  4. pour cereal mixture into a prepared 9x9 pan and pop it in the fridge to set overnight or for a few hours.
  5. cut and enjoy with a glass of plant or nut milk!
