Crispy Cheesy Chicken Flautas

Ingredients
- 20 whole wheat or low carb tortillas
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup lactose-free cheese, shredded
- 5 vegan oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- green onion, chopped 2 stalks
- sea salt + cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the tortillas in a mixing bowl well.
- Add about 2 heaping tbsp of mixture to one side of your tortilla and roll it tightly.
- Place them all on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees.
- Serve with homemade guacamole, or salsa, or lactose-free sour cream.
Notes:
This mixture makes a lot of flautas, cut the recipe in half if you need to! you can even use any leftover mixture to make a yummy quesadilla.
