Ingredients

-Protein + seasoning blend of your choice
  • 1 lb salmon (sliced in 4-6 oz portions) or protein of your choice
-Sweet Potatoes
  • 6 cups jeweled yams, peeled and diced
-Miso Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste (look in the vegan refrigerated section of your grocery store)
  • 5 tbsp agave nectar
  • 5 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp samba oelek or chili paste
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • 3 tbsp water
-1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
    -1 whole, ripe avocado
      -1 cup fresh snow peas (or green veggie or your choice)
        -Ancient Grains
        • store bought is fine! Trader Joes has a great frozen, bagged option. You can also use straight up quinoa!
        -Cilantro pesto
        • 2 heaping cups fresh cilantro
        • 1/4 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds
        • 1 clove garlic
        • 5 tbsp lime or lemon juice
        • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
        • 1/4 cup olive oil
        • sea salt & cracked black pepper
