Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. add florets to a large mixing bowl and set aside
  2. melt butter and hot sauce in a microwave safe bowl (or in a sauce pan over medium-low heat), add in olive oil. mix until combined
  3. pour & coat melted sauce over cauliflower florets well
  4. whisk together the breadcrumbs, powders, parsely, salt, & pepper
  5. divide the coated cauliflower into two separate batches
  6. sprinkle the dry mix evenly over both batches and GENTLY mix until cauliflower is coated again
  7. add 1st batch to your air fryer basket and fry for 7 minutes on 400 degrees
  8. *STOP & SHAKE basket*
  9. air fry same batch for 5 more minutes on 400 degrees
  10. remove first batch and repeat this same sequence for the 2nd batch

Notes:

i normally pre-heat my air fryer for 2 minutes on 400 degrees. fresh cauliflower florets work way better for BIG, chunky, wing-like pieces vs. frozen make sure your cauliflower is dry before beginning- that way they turn out as crispy as possible.
