  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with no-stick cooking spray
  2. in a large mixing  bowl, add gluten-free spice cake mix and canned pumpkin and mix until blended well.  mixture will be thick!
  3. spread into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean
