- 1 package gluten-free spice cake mix
- 1 can 100% pure pumpkin
instructions:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with no-stick cooking spray
- in a large mixing bowl, add gluten-free spice cake mix and canned pumpkin and mix until blended well. mixture will be thick!
- spread into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean
