Instructions

  1. prepare a 9x9 pan or a baking pan lined with parchment paper
  2. melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 15-20 second increments and stir until combined.
  3. Stir in puffed rice cereal, then pour mixture into prepared pan.
  4. don’t spread the mixture out too thin, but keep it in all one layer. sprinkle pistachios and goji berries evenly on top.
  5. place in the freezer to harden for a few hours, break into pieces before serving and enjoy!
