Ingredients
- pack of 10 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary + 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp garlic salt blend
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
- to a ziplock bag, add all ingredients except parsley. marinate chicken for 30 minutes minimum or overnight for best flavor results.
- empty bag into pressure cooker and set to 25 min on HIGH
- once done, uncover and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
i used bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs because they are cheaper and more flavorful vs boneless/skinless.
