Ingredients

  • pack of 10 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary + 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt blend
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. to a ziplock bag, add all ingredients except parsley. marinate chicken for 30 minutes minimum or overnight for best flavor results.
  2. empty bag into pressure cooker and set to 25 min on HIGH
  3. once done, uncover and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

i used bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs because they are cheaper and more flavorful vs boneless/skinless.
