Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites

these are crazy quick to make! a yummy, all natural, no-bake snack for kids and adults!
ingredients:
- 1 cup dry oats
- 1/3 cup dried, no sugar added blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond or cashew butter
- 1/4 cup light agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milled flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch salt
instructions:
How to cook Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites
- combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- let mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes in the freezer first so rolling is tons easier
- foil or set out wax paper on a large baking pan
- form mixture into bite sized balls with your hands
- place bites onto baking sheet then into the fridge (or freezer = faster) to harden
- enjoy chilled in about an hour!
