  1. preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper
  2. pat salmon fillets dry
  3. in a shallow bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and grape-seed oil and mix well
  4. roll fillets around in the seasoning mixture until well coated
  5. place fillets on the lined baking pan, skin side down
  6. sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
  7. bake for 13-14 min
