flaky, tender perfection with a smokey of bbq
Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets, chopped
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper
- pat salmon fillets dry
- in a shallow bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and grape-seed oil and mix well
- roll fillets around in the seasoning mixture until well coated
- place fillets on the lined baking pan, skin side down
- sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
- bake for 13-14 min
