well i’m glad bison is so super-duper lean cause i sure did add a bunch of fat right back in my bowl, right? LOL! good fat of course. toppings matter and i added 2% colby jack, ripe avocado chunks, diced fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and green onion. gosh, my first experience with cooking bison was a great one and i am so happy to share the results with YOU, fit friends!
i got all my ingredients from Sprouts Famers Market! i could not decide on one recipe so this will be the first of two. chili weather is here, y’all! so here ya go:
