i felt like such a “soccer mom” when making these for my boys after school today, lol. they were on sale at Sprouts Farmers Market, so they came home with me of course! pizza is naturally their fave food (hello, they came from me) so they killed this plate in a matter of minutes. we love and eat Annie’s Homegrown products often. i know, the suspense is killing you– onto the star of this post 🙂
please know i use to eat one of these things immediately following my whopper w/ cheese, french fries, and Dr. pepper (circa 1990-ish). i cannot believe i used to eat all that in one sitting now that i think about it!
anyway, i haven’t had one in decades but i really, really enjoyed them. i was up for the challenge to recreate one and i know you’ll be just as pleased.
waiting for it to set is actually the hardest part 😉
