  1. combine all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
  2. foil a large baking pan and coat it with no stick cooking spray; preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  3. wet hands with water and roll out 24 meatballs. place them flat on your baking sheet without touching
  4. bake meat balls 9 minutes, take them out, flip them, and let them bake for the remaining 3-4 minutes.
  5. plate them up by garnishing them with some more chopped green onion! fyi, the dipping sauce is all natural raspberry preserves sprinkled with sesame seeds.
