Sesame Ginger Meatballs
lean ground chicken
can you any lean ground meat of choice
whole wheat bread
toasted and diced finely (can grind finely in food processor)
garlic or shallot
cracked black pepper
combine all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
foil a large baking pan and coat it with no stick cooking spray; preheat your oven to 450 degrees
wet hands with water and roll out 24 meatballs. place them flat on your baking sheet without touching
bake meat balls 9 minutes, take them out, flip them, and let them bake for the remaining 3-4 minutes.
plate them up by garnishing them with some more chopped green onion! fyi, the dipping sauce is all natural raspberry preserves sprinkled with sesame seeds.
