Paleo Chocolatey Banana Walnut Muffins
dairy-free, grain-free, gluten-free! title says it all 😉
GF oat flour
can sub coconut flour, or buckwheat
pure maple syrup
unrefined coconut oil
preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a medium mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients (cocoa powder, baking powder, baking, almond flour, salt) well
in a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, & coconut oil
pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well, but do not over mix
fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts
spoon into muffin tin and bake 12-15 min. when an inserted toothpick comes out clean, they are ready!
approx. 150 calories per muffin!
