preheat oven to 400 degrees and foil and coat a large baking pan with no stick cooking spray
add wings to a large bowl and coat them with dry thai chili seasoning. you may marinate the wings for 20-30 min if you have time, but they will still be fine and flavorful if you don’t. sprinkle them with the baking powder and toss and coat them evenly
place wings across baking sheet in an even layer; bake for 20 minutes. flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
in a medium mixing bowl, make the glaze by combining: sweet thai chili sauce, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, sesame oil, liquid aminos, Sriracha. combine well
separate the wings into 1 lb batches. in another large mixing bowl, add 1 lb of the wings and about 1/2 of your sauce. toss and coat the wings completely. do the same thing with the second batch! plate them up and top with fresh chopped cilantro
