Garlic Sriracha Shrimp Zoodles w/ a Spicy Avocado Cream Sauce

  1. spiralize zuchinni, halve cherry tomatoes, add both to large mixing bowl
  2. add garlic sriracha seasoning to shrimp; mix well. cook shrimp in a med-high heated pan coated in no-stick cooking spray for 3-5 min total, flipping them halfway
  3. transfer shrimp to smaller mixing bowl and add chopped cilantro; mix well.
  4. in that same pan, coat with no-stick cooking spray once more and add sliced mushrooms. cook evenly, 3-5 minutes
  5. once mushrooms are done, add them, your shrimp, and the cream sauce to the large mixing bowl with the zoodles and tomatoes
  6. mix well! top with a dash of cracked black pepper and sea salt; taste!
Recipe Notes

this is the first time i’ve ever eaten my zoodles raw and i enjoyed them!  feel free to sauté yours for 1-2 minutes first if desired.
