excluding the broth and liquid aminos, combine remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
brush wonton skin with water; i suggest doing this 3 at a time so the skins don’t dry out by the time you reach the last one. place a small spoonful mixture in wonton skin center and be careful not to add too much or it won’t close properly! fold circle in half over chicken mixture and press the sides down using a fork.
in a skillet over medium heat, add 12 wontons at a time and let them cook for 3-4 minutes. my pan wasn’t that big lol
(i flipped mine once) then add 1/2 cup broth and 1 tsp liquid aminos to the pan. cover and let cook for 5 minutes. done! repeat process with the remaining 12 potstickers.
